Tracking Your Order

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You may also call Monte' Bella's Customer Service to track your order.

Return Policy

No returns due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the event that we are responsible we shall process an exchange based on the situation.  We will accept an exchange with the product in its original condition and sales receipt.   The item must be return in original state, unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged with all original tags, if tagged, labeling and packaging.

Pre Order Policy

Pre-order items are items currently not in stock at Monte' Bella Boutique!! Pre-Ordered items are reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved - your credit card/and or paypal account is charged at the time your order is placed. Once pre-order items arrive they will be shipped out immediately to your shipping address location you provided during checkout (approx.7-18 Business Days). Coupon codes and returns are not applicable on pre-ordered items. However if you need to exchange for a different size and the item has nt yet shipped, we would be happy to make an exchange in size. Pre-orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or return after item have been shipped. If you order multiple pre-order items or if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items Monte' BellaBoutique will ship your order once the pre-order item or items arrive. If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the pre-order item  you will be charged twice for shipping or we can ship all items at one time once the preorder(s) arrive in store.
